1. A sheet of wood or corrugated metal or plastic about 2 meters by 1 meter in size.

2. Some jam-jars or other containers to collect the creatures when the sheet is taken up.

3. Plastic gloves

4. A worksheet or notepad to record information before, after and during the week

5. Any books you have that can help identify the creatures.
