Project - Particularly aimed at Years 4/5, and would enhance related
topic work.
Secondary
project - Particularly aimed at lower Secondary pupils - perhaps
appropriate for a Summer term activities week or part of curriculum
studies in Science, Humanities or ICT.
The children will
be taking part in real conservation projects. Both projects can be used
to promote many key skills, basic skills and aspects of Personal and
Social Education as well as being enjoyable experiences for the children
in their local environment. These pages have been made available first,
(they will be available later too) so that teachers can get aquainted
with the projects, and do any necessary planning or gathering of materials.
